Some Unlisted Medical Rep Jobs Requirements: |
| One personal character that seems to be a Medical Rep Job requirement, yet isn't listed in any job descriptions, is patience. Not the people treated in the Medical Rep Jobs field, but your own tolerance for boredom, and trails of working with people who aren't happy. Sick people tend to not be in best of spirits. Therefore you typically have to separate yourself from judging people, and situations based on patients attitudes, and family activities. Sometimes unhappy patients make for unhappy co-workers, where once again you patience will be necessary to tolerate the day. If you wear a sincere smile, usually you feel better and so will those around you. I projects a sense of confidence, and others will see it as a vote for hope. |
| |
| So don't just wear a uniform and a name-tag, also wear a smile. |
